All our care staff have, or at least are working towards an QCF (formerly NVQ) Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a high percentage having achieved level 3 in care.
Likewise, our catering staff all have QCF (Formerly NVQ) Level 2 in catering and hospitality.
We are committed to keeping our staff up to date with changing procedures and legislation using a continuous staff training programme.
Our staff are passionate and committed to providing the highest standard of care. Continuity of care is of utmost importance to us and our residents. Conducting regular appraisals and keeping our staff happy and motivated ensures that staff turnover is low and aids in the all-important continuity of relationships between carers and residents.
